Balvir Tomar - Chairman NIMS University Prof (Dr.) Balvir S. Tomar has been widely admired for dynamic leadership qualities. He is doing philanthropic work by establishing research center of national repute in many areas, dedicated to nation for the service of society. He invented treatment therapy by the D-penicillamine for the deadly disease called “Indian Childhood Cirrhosis”. This had been a major research project published in “Advances in paediatrics”.
